EzyGlasses Terms and Conditions of Supply

Any order and subsequent purchase of goods (as defined below) or services from EzyGlasses shall be governed by the following terms and conditions.

In these Terms and Conditions:

"EzyGlasses" or “EzyGlasses.co.nz” are trading names for Ezylens Ltd. located at 290 Waipapa Road, Kerikeri 0295 New Zealand.

"We" / "Us" / "Our" refer to EzyGlasses, "You" / "Yours" refers to you the Customer.

General

You acknowledge and agree that all information supplied to us is true and accurate. EzyGlasses takes no responsibility for any consequences if false, misleading or incorrect information is supplied to us. For all orders of glasses, you agree that you are only purchasing glasses for which you have been prescribed by your Eye Care Professional, and for which you have a valid prescription. EzyGlasses reserves the right to request a copy of your prescription before supplying glasses.

Customer Obligations

By submitting your order to EzyGlasses you confirm:

You are in possession of a written prescription for your glasses that has been given to you by a qualified Eye Care Professional in the last 24 months and that you will supply accurate details of your current prescription (including any notes on the prescription) if and/or when requested.

Submission of an Order represents an offer to purchase Goods from EzyGlasses, and we may confirm receipt of this offer via email.

Prescription Glasses orders are only accepted by us once your payment has been received.

Limitations of Supply

We will make a reasonable effort to ensure that all Orders are fulfilled; however we cannot guarantee the availability of all Goods. If the Goods you have ordered are unavailable, we will attempt to contact you to give you a choice to receive an alternative or a refund. If we are unable to contact you, your Order will be cancelled and you will be given a full refund.

If considered necessary or appropriate before an Order is accepted, EzyGlasses has the absolute discretion:

to contact you to discuss your Order,

to request that you send us a copy of your written prescription,

to contact directly, or request that you contact, the Eye Care Professional who provided your prescription to verify and/or discuss your prescription,

to request that you obtain your pupillary distance measurement from your Eye Care Professional,

to request that you obtain a new written prescription.

Prices and Payment 

Prices stated on our website are in New Zealand Dollars. (NZD) Prices stated are inclusive of any Goods & Services Tax (GST). We cannot guarantee that we will not make a mistake and misprice an item inadvertently. If this is the case, EzyGlasses will notify you of the error. You will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your Order. Ezyglasses will appear on your cardholder statement for any transactions through this website.

Shipping and Delivery 

We will make every possible endeavour to ensure your Goods are dispatched to you as quickly as possible after placing your order. You will be notified by email at the time your Goods are dispatched. Delivery of the Goods will be made to the address provided by you at the time you placed your Order. If your Goods are not delivered safely within a reasonable number of days of you receiving notification of dispatch, you should contact us. Customers should promptly inspect goods delivered to them to satisfy themselves that any goods delivered to them are as expected. In the case of non-delivery, if either EzyGlasses or our courier is at fault, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or re-delivery.

Returns Policy

All glasses supplied are covered by a 365 Day full money back 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. 

This means you have 365 days to own your glasses, and at the same time, making up your mind whether you love them or not. If not, you can return them anytime within 365 days for a full refund!
It doesn’t matter what your reason is, it could be any of the following: uncomfortable fit, wrong colour, wrong lenses, faulty/inferior quality… whatever it is, if you’re not happy then neither are we.

The website's design, names, text, images, graphics, logo are all owned by EzyGlasses. They may not be reproduced for any commercial or public purpose without the expressed consent of EzyGlasses.

The "EzyGlasses" name or any other registered or unregistered trademarks displayed on the website may not be used without the expressed consent of EzyGlasses.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. That's why we will not disclose, rent or sell your email address or other contact information to any other company. We collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will be maintained with strict confidence. Should you ever wish your details to be removed from our database, email your request to sales@ezyglasses.co.nz

Applicable Law

Any claim shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand applicable therein, without reference to any choice of law provisions. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Zealand and irrevocably agree that all claims may be heard in such court. You agree that a final judgment in any such action or proceeding shall be conclusive and may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the judgment or in any other manner provided by law.
